Within the scope of the Elin–Pelin Railway Modernization Project in Bulgaria, Öztaç İnşaat has undertaken the construction of Tunnel No: 8 (1,140 meters long), Bridge No: 6 (200 meters long), and Bridge No: 7 (300 meters long) in the Lot 3 section. All engineering, construction, and complementary works, including excavation carried out via mechanical excavation methods, are being conducted on a turnkey basis within the framework of international technical standards
